These terms are the agreement between you and Increment Loop d.o.o. for using Wishco. We have tried to write them in plain language. Where the law gives you rights, these terms do not take them away.

This agreement

Wishco is operated by Increment Loop d.o.o., Vitezova Karađorđeve Zvezde 50, 11050 Belgrade, Serbia, registration number 21826324, tax ID 113221699. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means you.

By creating an account or using Wishco you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your data and forms part of this agreement.

Who can use Wishco

You must be 16 or older to use Wishco. If you are not, please do not create an account. We do not ask for your age when you sign up — we ask you to be honest about it.

Wishco is a free service for personal use. It is not for reselling, for running a business's customer list, or for any commercial purpose, unless we agree that in writing.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and let us know promptly if you think someone else has got into your account. Give us an email address you can actually receive mail at — if you lose access to it, we may not be able to get you back into your account.

One person, one account. Do not impersonate anyone else or sign up on someone else's behalf without their say-so.

Your content

Your lists are yours. Everything you put into Wishco — wishlists, wishes, notes, images, your profile — stays yours. We do not claim ownership of it.

To actually run the service we need your permission to store your content, show it to you, and show it to the people you deliberately share it with. That permission is limited to operating Wishco, it lasts only as long as you keep the content in the app, and it ends when you delete it. We will not use your content to advertise, sell it to anyone, or show it to people you have not shared it with.

You are responsible for what you upload: you need the right to use any image you add, and your content must not break the law or anyone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • Upload anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexual involving minors.
  • Impersonate someone, or use Wishco to harass or stalk anyone.
  • Try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Use bots to create accounts or content, or attempt to get around our rate limits.
  • Use Wishco to send spam or to advertise.

If you see something in shared content that breaks these rules, report it to us at support@wishco.app and we will look at it.

Sharing and claiming

When you share a wishlist you create a link. Anyone who has that link can open it — so treat it like an address, not a password, and only send it to people you mean to. You can stop sharing at any time, which makes the link stop working.

When someone claims a wish they are saying they intend to get it. That is a note between friends, not a purchase, a reservation, or a promise we enforce. Wishco does not sell anything, take payment, or guarantee that a claimed gift will arrive.

Links to shops

Wishes usually link out to other people's websites. We do not run those shops, we cannot control what they charge or whether they deliver, and your purchase there is between you and them. Prices and availability we show are read from the shop's own page and can be out of date.

We do not sell placement in our recommendations. Which products the Gift Helper suggests, and the order they appear in, is never influenced by whether anyone pays us. If we ever show something because a partner paid for it, it will be clearly labelled as such and kept separate from our recommendations.

We may in future earn a commission when you buy through a link in the app, at no extra cost to you. Where that applies we will say so plainly next to the link, and the commitment above still holds: commission never affects what we recommend.

Availability and changes

We will try to keep Wishco running, but it is provided as it is. There may be downtime, maintenance, and the occasional bug. Features may change or be removed.

If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect, and you can close your account if you do not like it. Minor corrections we will simply make, updating the effective date at the top.

Ending this agreement

You can delete your account at any time in the app. Your data is then erased as described in the privacy policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we have to for legal reasons. Unless the law prevents us or the breach is serious, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right first.

Liability

Wishco is a free service, and we provide it without warranties beyond those the law requires us to give. We are not responsible for a gift that does not arrive, a shop that does not deliver, a price that has changed, or a surprise that gets spoiled because a link was shared further than you intended.

We are responsible for loss we cause you by failing to take reasonable care. We do not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to the extent the law permits.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by agreement. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and the competent courts of Belgrade have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and it does not prevent you from bringing a claim in the courts of that country. Consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
